This cute Celebrate Card is showing the inside of the card as well as the outside, this Card is designed by Teresa Welch from Paper Wishes (aka "Hot Off The Press"), using the cup cake mini stamp set, Teresa stamped cupcake on pattern paper with a brown stay's on ink pad, then re-stamped cupcake on pink pattern paper and cut the top of cupcake out and sprinkled with glitter, and adhered to cupcake, candle was stamped on the same pattern paper as the bottom of the cup cake, cut out and placed on top of cup cake, hearts are from a new heart template, (25 differnt patterns available on this template), hearts were traced on pattern paper, then cute out and adhered to card as shown.
